Under this Policy, “Websites” shall refer to www.atlea.co and all affiliated websites owned or operated by ATLEA. “Websites” does not include any websites owned or operated by our Customers, nor any where we acted as Registrar for said Customer.
End Users: ATLEA may process End User data on behalf of its Customers. Subsequently, this Policy also applies to any End User that visits a Customer website and whose information we process in order to provide Services to our Customers.
Contractors: ATLEA collects data regarding past, potential, present and future agents or independent contractors.
Exclusions. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide to ATLEA through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and ATLEA shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
This Policy does not apply to Vendors’ websites. Vendors are responsible for posting their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Each Vendor is responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, inclusive of their use of our Services by End Users.
ATLEA does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to ATLEA through the Services, please contact privacy@atlea.co and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
